Black locust honey:

Black locust honey has very light colour and delicate smell. It stays thin (liquid) for very long time. Sometimes even more than year after taking out from beehive.

Because of its consistency, delicate taste and smell it is recommended for children.

Black locust honey in our farm is produced in the part located in village Gozdowice near Odra river. This part of farm is located among the woods, where lot of robinia trees grows. This large trees allows our bees to collect monocultural honey in half of june.

comes out of nectar of flowers of (Robinia pseudoacacia) trees wchich are commonly known as "black locust". These are high trees growing in our region in Odra river valley.

stays liquid for the long time. Even after more than one year it may looks like "out of the honeycomb".

is very clear and transparent. After cristalizing it will became almost totally white.
